Spring is in the Air

Children can change so quickly from the time their fall portrait is taken to the end of the school year. Spring portraits feature the student in a half to three-quarter pose with multiple poses offered.

Classroom Keepsakes

Keepsakes are group photos with the name of the school, the teacher’s name and every student’s name included on the print. Traditional class group photos are also available.

School Picture Day Tips & Frequently Asked Questions

Any tips for getting the best photo of my child?

• Choose an outfit that compliments your background selection. Solid colors, medium to dark tones look best. Avoid stripes, busy patterns and logos as they tend to be distracting in the photo.
• If your little one needs a haircut, we recommend having it done about two weeks prior to Picture Day so it has time to grow back a little. 
• Make sure your child gets enough sleep the night before and a good breakfast on Picture Day.
• Most importantly, remind them to just be themselves and smile!

How do I get my photos? 
School photos are delivered to the school and bundled according to the teacher's name or homeroom.

Oh no! I missed my school’s Picture Day. What do I do now?
Please contact our office to see if your child’s school scheduled a make-up day. We hold all orders until make-up day. A make-up day is usually in late November or early December for those who are absent on Picture Day or who need/want to retake their portrait.

• If you were absent, there is no additional fee to be photographed on make-up day. Paper orders forms will be available at your school, and you will be able to order online up to 2 weeks after make-up day. 
• If you want to be re-photographed because you did not like your clothing, hairstyle, or other factors beyond our control, there will be an $8.00 service charge. Please send your picture package; along with the $8.00 service charge (if applicable), to school with your child on make-up day to give to the photo staff. We will then print your order again with the new image and the package will be returned to the school and given to your child.
• If you are unsatisfied because of an error on our part, there is no additional fee to rephotograph and reprint your package.

​When do I pay for my school photos?
​School photos must be prepaid to avoid a late fee. An order is considered prepaid if payment is made through our website prior to Picture Day or if your payment is included with your order envelope on Picture Day. Consult your order envelope for the cost of the late fee.

What is the late fee?
​The late fee is $12.00.
