When will my photos arrive?
Photographs are typically delivered approximately 3 weeks after Picture Day.
What if I’m unhappy with my photos?
Oh no! While not very common, this does happen sometimes, unfortunately. Our first recommendation is to call our office at 800-532-0770 and speak with one of our Customer Service Specialists to discuss your concerns. In some instances, it may be possible to retake your photo. If this is not an option, Bassetti Photo has a 100% money back guarantee. If we cannot remedy the situation via retouching or retake, a refund will be issued.
What if we misplaced or lost the order form / envelope?
No problem! You can conveniently place an order on our website. Our Staff will also have order forms available on Picture Day.
Where can I mail in my payment?
The easiest way to make a payment is to use our online form, simply click on MAKE A PAYMENT. If you would prefer to mail in a payment, please send it to:

How long do you keep photos on file?
Photos are kept for four years.
What if my teacher or coach did not receive my package?
Please contact our office for assistance.
What if a photo is damaged?
Please email pictures of the damaged photos along with your child’s full name and the name of the school or league to [email protected].
What if I don’t prepay online and I forget to bring money on Picture Day?
You will need to wait until the photos are processed and delivered to the school for distribution. Once this occurs, pictures are available to view and purchase online. Please go to our website and click on Missed Your Prepay Window? Your child’s unique access code will be emailed to you. You will then be able to login and place your order. These orders will take 2-4 weeks for delivery.
