We can handle any size team as well as multiple teams on a single Picture Day.

Do you take action shots?

Yes, we do. Actions shots would be set up for a day separate from team or individual portraits. Contact us for more details.

Can I view my child’s picture online?

For security and privacy reasons, pictures are not posted online.

Any tips for getting the best photo of my child?

For Schools:

Choose an outfit that compliments your background selection. Solid colors and small patterns look best. Avoid shirts with slogans.
If you’d like to get your child’s hair cut, schedule it for about two weeks prior to Picture Day so it has time to grow back a little.
Make sure your child gets enough sleep the night before and a good breakfast on Picture Day.
Tell your child to relax and smile, smile, smile!

For Sports:

Strike a pose! We will have poses to choose from on Picture Day, but feel free to bring your own ideas!

Have a game the same day? You might want to bring a brush or comb to tame flyaways. Other than that, the only thing you need to bring is your best smile!

School photos are delivered to the school and bundled according to teacher’s name or homeroom.
Sports photos are delivered one of two ways:
1. They are bundled by team and shipped to your league contact person. Your coach should pass them out to you.
2. Otherwise, your photos will be mailed to the address provided on your order form.

When will my photos arrive?

Photographs are delivered approximately 3 ½ weeks after Picture Day.

Do you provide a make-up day for schools?

We can provide a make-up day, but some schools choose not to offer it. A make-up day is usually in late November or early December and is for those who are absent on Picture Day or who have a problem with their original photo.

What happens if my child can’t make it to the field for their sports Picture Day?

Contact us for the date and location of another Picture Day near you. Your child will miss the team photo but an individual photo can still be taken.

Can my child come to your office for the individual photo?

Our offices are strictly devoted to lab processing and the manufacturing of photo products. We cannot take any photos at our office location.

When do I pay for my school photos?

How do I order 2 packages?

If the photos are going to one household, your complete order may be placed in one envelope. Use two separate envelopes if the photos are going to two different households.

What if we misplaced or lost the order form / envelope?

You can place an order on our website or get another envelope on Picture Day from the photographer.

What if I don’t prepay online and I forget to bring money on Picture Day?

Place your order anyway and include a note that you will be paying at a later date. We will assign your order a bar-code number, which will speed delivery of your pictures once payment is received. A late fee will apply to school photos.

Can I pay after Picture Day is over?

School photos must be prepaid to avoid a late fee. An order is considered prepaid if payment is made through our website prior to Picture Day or if your payment is included with your order envelope on Picture Day. Consult your order envelope for the cost of the late fee.

A late fee is not charged for sports teams, dance or event photographs, though an archive fee can apply in some circumstances.
