GENERAL
How do I order 2 packages?
Use two envelopes if the photos are going to two different households. If the photos are going to one household, then your complete order may be placed on one envelope.
What do I do if the photos are not what I ordered, if I didn't receive them, or if I received a note from your company?
Call or e-mail our office and we will pull your envelope and check your original order. We will give you a call-back to discuss your problem.
What do I do if my photo is damaged?
Send back your damaged photo - just fold and send it back in a regular white envelope with a note included. We will then replace the damaged photo.
How do I reorder photos?
You need to have a reorder form for ordering more photos. They are located on our website or you may call our office to have one sent to you.
What happens if I am unhappy with my photos?
We are very sorry that we did not meet your expectations in photographing your child. Just mail back the entire package for a full refund. Be sure to include the school or league name with your photos.
SPORTS
How do I receive my sport photos?
Within three and a half weeks from picture day, the photos are shipped to our league contact person bundled by team. Your coach should pass them out to you.
Who should I contact first if I haven't received my photos?
Please contact your head coach first and make sure they don't have your package. If not, please call our toll free number and we will help you.
What happens if I can't make it to the field for picture day?
Call or e-mail our office for another sports location near you. You will miss the team photo, but your individual photo can always be taken. All of our photos are shot on location. Our offices are strictly devoted to lab processing and the manufacturing of photo products. We are not a portrait studio and cannot take any photos at our office location.
SCHOOLS
Do you provide an absentee or make-up day at school?
Yes we do. However, some schools choose not to offer a make-up day. This day is usually in late November or early December for those who were absent on picture day or who have a problem with their original photo.
